Lenco Turntable and Pioneer Receiver

Sorry about the language but right now it's easier in English. Next time I'll make an effort in Danish.
Today at the KT exhibition I purchased a Lenco turntable.
As there is no Phono input in my Pioneer D814 I connected to AUX.
When I play my 33rpm albums I get a treble sound very flat and I cannnot turn up the volume.
Am I conecting correctly?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Roger,

The problem is that your Pioneer does not have a turntable input. I would recommend you to contact KT Radio where you bought your Lenco turntable, and get them to help. They can provide you with a small inexpensive riaa stage that will fit nicely with your Lenco and Pioneer.

I´ll recomend the Vincent Riaa it´s inexpensiv (aprox. 600 kr.) and very nice sound.

Hey Birger, Rudolf Smith also has a riaa, but I dont know if it is as good as the one you mention ?!?

Thanks all of you for your input.
Luckily I have a Philips receiver that I had before my Pioneer.
This has a phono input and everything is functioning well.
I am using seperate speakers, not so good as my Pioneers but it's OK for now.
What I'd like to know is can I connect my Philips left and right speaker  connections to my AUX on my Pioneer receiver?
So far you have been a great help, some more help would be usefull.
