Min kører med 15 bars pumpetryk, og det kører de fleste maskiner vel med, nogen med hele 19 bar.

Not necessarily. This is a misconception.
The more bars you have does not mean the better quality your espresso shot will be – this is merely persuasive marketing resulting from the whole “bigger is better” society that we live in. (Dette kan i særdeleshed også gælde for pladetallerkner).
