Forkert Live24, Sean Connery er ikke 180 år gammle (se nu sådan ud) og slet ikke gået på pension, grunde til at vi ikke se så meget til ham, er at han ved godt hvad han skal koste og det er ikke små penge, så på den måde er han vel gået på pension, da ingen har råd til at bruge ham  

Så den nye Indian Jones film, bliver nok den sidst gange vi ser Sean Connery på den hvide lærre

Indiana Jones will be racing up Chapel Street next month, a spokesman for director Steven Spielberg confirmed Monday.

The fourth installment of the hugely popular series, arriving in theaters almost 20 years after the third, will include some kind of car chase on Chapel between College and High streets. A pre-production crew was in the city last week and Monday talking to shop owners on the block.

"I really have no details on it at all, except to say that there will be some filming there," said Marvin Levy, a spokesman for Spielberg, who did confirm the film will be the next in the series starring Harrison Ford and Sean Connery, set to open May 22, 2008.

Levy said the filming dates are not set, but one merchant said she was told it would happen June 28 and 30.

Barbara J. Lamb, director of the city’s Office of Cultural Affairs, said the production would close down parts of College and Elm streets and possibly other downtown streets as well.

This one will be set in the 1950s, according to several merchants who were approached by crew members. Savitt Jewelers will become a pharmacy, according to owner Mike Rosenthal. And Enson's men’s clothing store will become ... Enson's.

Husk at George Lucas snart skal igang med TV serien om Star Wars, som bliver optaget i rent HD.

Og George Lucas har udtalt at han ikke ønsker at lave spillefilm mere. så der komme nok ikke en Willow 2 fra hans hånd.

Han ville nok stå bag div. film fremover men så er det som producer og ikke som instruktør.

Ja det er også der han er bedst til, ingen tvivl om det! Så lad os da håbe det og lad os også håbe at SW tv serien bliver instr. af en anden.
Jeg kunne nu rigtig godt tænke mig at se SW universet på film igen med en anden instr. Det er også det jeg tror der sker en dag.

Meanwhile a source for CHUD says that the opening action scene of the upcoming "Indiana Jones IV" will pit Dr. Jones against Russians agents in Area 51. Seems much of the story will delve from Erich von Däniken's 1968 novel Chariots of the Gods?" which centers on the theory that many ancient civilizations' technologies and religion were given to them by space travelers who were welcomed as gods.

LaBeouf will apparently play a 50's guy thrown together with Indy who only later discovers that they're related. Crystal skulls are also said to play a key component.

Indiana Jones IV Villain Revealed!

With all the Indiana Jones news flying around we were feeling a little
left out so we decided to share some news that has come across our
desk.



Spoiler Warning!



First, let’s confirm some details that Crud.com and other sites have posted.

Contacting various sources from different levels of access to this film
we can confirm most of the recent news that has hit the web.

Spoiler:

The news that Karen Allen
would be back as Marion Ravenwood is accurate and truth be told, a few
online sites had been sitting on this information for close to a month,
no real shocker.



Shia Lebeouf is a teenage motorcycle riding greaser, true.



Shia LeBeouf is the son of Marion Ravenwood and Indiana Jones, true.



Indy doesn’t find out about being a daddy until after he and Shia have
been teamed up for a while and during a pivotal scene, true.



Movie takes place in the 50’s, true.



We will see Area 51 and Russian Agents, true.



South American Pyramids/Temples, true.


Crystal Skulls, true (13 skulls to be exact)



The current script is a hybrid of scripts including Frank Darabont’s version, true.



The title of the film is Indiana Jones and the City of the Gods, maybe,
it sure is the working title but we have been told the real title may
involve something about the 13 crystal skulls.



One major question remains, who’s the villain? Let’s take a look at the
villains from the past Indiana Jones films before we blow our load.

Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark we had Dr. Rene Belloq and those pesky Nazis.



Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom we had Mola Ram and his followers.



Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade we had Walter Donovan and, again, Nazis.


So who will be a villain in Indy IV? Well kiddies, while most people have been assuming that Cate Blanchett
will be Indy’s love interest since the announcement of her addition to
the cast, several of our sources have revealed that she will actually
be the villain in cahoots with the Ruskies.

Can these details change? We have been told that all major story beats
have been locked and only minor changes can be made at this time.

Ending months of speculation, Sean Connery announced today that he will not be returning for Indiana Jones IV as Professor Henry Jones Senior.

Connery said, via a statement, "I get asked the question so often; I thought it best to make an announcement. If anything could have pulled me out of retirement it would hav e been an Indiana Jones film. I love working with Steven and George, and it goes without saying that it is an honour to have Harrison as my son.  But in the end, retirement is just too damned much fun. I, do however, have one bit of advice for Junior: Demand that the critters be digital, the cliffs be low, and for goodness sake keep that whip by your side at all times in case you need to escape from the stunt coordinator! This is a remarkable cast, and I can only say, ‘Break a leg, everyone.’ I’ll see you on May 22, 2008 at the theater!”

But all isn’t entirely doom and gloom. John Hurt was simultaneously announced as – well, a cast member. The principal cast therefore comprises Harrison Ford, Shia LaBoeuf, Cate Blanchett, Ray Winstone and John Hurt at the moment. Now while we know that Ford will play Indy, and everyone’s pretty sure that LaBoeuf will play Jones Junior Jr. (although even that hasn’t been officially confirmed), there has been narry a whisper on the roles that any of the other three will be taking, so watch this space for more news as we get it.
